  You can receive a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date. Please email SOS@rubberbutton.ca to start a return or exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you. An item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. A $15.00 return shipping fee will deducted from the payment of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
